Business Solutions Manager - Sydney

With leading brands such as Adobe, Cadbury, and Canon, as well as a network of resellers, our well-established and highly regarded Relationship Marketing platform requires a dedicated Solutions Manager with a “can do” attitude. You will have: - Strong technical skills in database management, CRM, and email marketing systems
- A proven career in client-facing roles with 2 or more years of experience
- Prior experience in organising and running client training programs
- Superior Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- A fundamental understanding of programming concepts (e.g. Visual Basic or PHP)
Duties include: - Involvement in the functional and technical specifications for projects involving Traction, including consultation, setup and configuration, functionality, and reporting.
- Providing onsite and telephone/online training to clients
- Assisting clients with Traction setups for new sales projects, ongoing campaigns, and post-campaign reporting
- Embracing the intimate details of complex business work flows for each client
- Liaising with product management on product roadmap requests from clients
- Working closely with the Account Management team to assist with client satisfaction, resolution of technical issues and opportunities for revenue growth
- Working closely with the Business Development/Sales team to assist with pre-sales technical questions
- Management of third-party service provisioning to augment client solutions
- Maintenance of documentation around all Traction procedures, both client-specific and general
- Beta/UAT testing of new Traction functionality and reporting of bugs, as required
